We want to congratulate you on the Holidays and wish you a good entry into 2022.

Last year we explained the incorporation of IT Tools (what every CIO should have), our new headquarters, and the agreement with the NGO Manos Unidas.

This year, We will explain the strategy we have to 2022: It's called "Focus on the Essence of Loops": Since its foundation 9 years we have grown with a percentage of 2 digits each year (even in covid). Brutal. We have done great projects with many clients, but so much, so much growth puts us at risk of losing the essence, thus, this year we will only work on improving our original essence:

• We will improve the principle of "That everything that is positive for the client, that it is also also for Loops, and vice versa”, proposing Managed Services (Networking, cybersecurity, Applications, Cloud, Telephony) to all customers. This means billing a single annual fee and including all interventions. Thus, a failure is bad for the client and for Loops (in a simile, it would be a doctor who gets paid every year if the patient is in good health).
• We will improve the principle of "Loops is transparent in information and access. The customer is the center, and should be in control of everything.. We will inform of the actions carried out in Managed Services so that it is known in what we invest the maintenance costs.
• We will improve the principle of "Loops exists to make customer problems disappear". The experience of a client dealing with us must be light, tells us the challenge and we solve them, without causing more problems. We will emphasize what we already did about "Quality is the cheapest way to work in IT". Failing to get a setup right today means wasting a lot more time tomorrow…. will not make room for a job that is not perfectionist.

These are our wishes for 2022.
