The second element es design how to do all this in the most efficient way possible. For it, Loops has created a set of 4 mechanisms, of which the most relevant is a concept called Sphere.

• Transparency and Training Plan: keep an open policy, providing the necessary information to the client
• Documentation and Support Plan
• Strategy Plan: various plans with a detailed cost-benefit analysis, inputs-outputs, etc.

• Configuration Plan: detailed equipment configuration
• Contingency Plan: how to act in an unforeseen event
